Prácticas educativas para desarrollar resiliencia en estudiantes universitarios en la era postpandemia

El estudio busca identificar y evaluar estrategias docentes para fortalecer la resiliencia en estudiantes universitarios postpandemia. Se emplea una metodología transversal y cuantitativa, con encuestas Likert de 5 puntos a 80 docentes de una Institución de Educación Superior. Los resultados indican que el uso de tecnología y el apoyo emocional son las estrategias más efectivas, mientras que la colaboración con familias y la evaluación de la efectividad reciben calificaciones bajas. Las docentes valoran más la adaptación de materiales didácticos y tecnología; los docentes destacan el apoyo a estudiantes con dificultades y competencias socioemocionales. Los docentes jóvenes usan más competencias socioemocionales, y los experimentados prefieren tutorías personalizadas. Se concluye que un enfoque integral es esencial para reducir el abandono escolar y fortalecer la resiliencia estudiantil. Se recomienda mejorar infraestructuras tecnológicas y programas de apoyo.
